Dave Pacitti
Chief Executive Officer
As Avanos’ Chief Executive Officer, Dave Pacitti brings more than 30 years of professional leadership in the healthcare industry. In his most recent role as President of Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. and Head of the Americas, Siemens Healthineers, Dave played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence while leading the marketing, sales, service and support functions in North America and Latin America. His leadership in this area spanned the entire Siemens Healthineers portfolio, including medical imaging, laboratory diagnostics, therapy solutions and services.
Dave also held leadership roles at Abbott Vascular, including Division Vice President of US Commercial Operations, sales and marketing, where he oversaw the company’s North American business and contributed to the successful launch of Abbott Vascular’s first drug-eluting stent franchise and structural heart franchise. Earlier, Dave served as Vice President of Commercial Operations and Vice President of Global Marketing at Abbott Vascular. He also served in sales functions for Siemens Healthineers’ Molecular Imaging business earlier in his career.
Dave earned a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He serves as chair of the AdvaMed Medical Imaging Technology Division’s board of directors and on the boards for Orchestra BioMed and the Siemens Foundation. He is also a member of the CEO Council for Growth at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Corporate Council, the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) President’s Advisory Group, and the NextGen Advisory Board for the University of Missouri.
Sig Delgado
Senior Vice President, Operations
As Senior Vice President, Operations, Sig Delgado leads the alignment of global supply chain operations and product development with the Company’s strategic and continuous improvement goals.
Sig’s background includes more than 20 years in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations within the medical device industry, including engineering and leadership roles at J&J, Ethicon and Cordis Corp. Prior to Avanos, Sig served as Vice President of Jabil Healthcare’s global medical technology business.
Sig earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in engineering management from Florida International University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is fluent in Spanish.
Carrie Fenton
Vice President, North America Sales
As Vice President of North America Sales at Avanos Medical, Carrie Fenton leads the company’s commercial sales team and strategy, overseeing the Specialty Nutrition Systems, Surgical Pain, and Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) businesses.
With more than 22 years of experience in the healthcare and medical device sectors, Carrie is a proven leader known for her commitment to inclusion, mentoring, and supporting team members’ career development. Prior to joining Avanos in 2010, Carrie spent a decade with Johnson & Johnson in pharmaceutical sales. She began her career with Kimberly-Clark as a Medical Device Sales Associate in Virginia, where she supported the respiratory care portfolio, and has since held several key leadership roles, including Region Manager, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales.
Carrier earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. She is fluent in Spanish and is an active volunteer with Hemophilia of Georgia.
John Fischer
Vice President, Head of Legal, and Secretary
As Vice President, Head of Legal, and Secretary, John Fischer manages all legal affairs for Avanos Medical, including SEC compliance, M&A, corporate governance, commercial contracting, intellectual property, and oversight of company litigation. Since joining Avanos in 2021 as Deputy General Counsel, John has led Avanos’ legal activities in conjunction with more than 10 corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
John has more than 40 years of legal, transactional, and financial experience at both major corporations and emerging growth companies in the US and abroad. Having advised on and negotiated acquisitions, financings, and restructurings with a total value of more than $13 billion, John possesses a deep understanding of strategic transactions, finance, and corporate governance.
His background includes roles as General Counsel at Natural Grocers, a specialty retailer of natural and organic groceries, as well as executive positions including General Counsel and Interim CEO with Vivial, one of the largest local search companies in the US.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University and JD and MBA degrees from UCLA. He was a member of the UCLA Law Review.
Scott Galovan
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avanos Medical, Scott Galovan is responsible for the company’s global finance, treasury, tax, corporate development, investor relations, and accounting groups, as well as the Enterprise Program Management Office.
Since joining the company in 2013 at the spinoff from Kimberly-Clark, Scott led the sale of the Surgical & Infection Prevention business to Owens & Minor; the sale of the Respiratory Health business to AirLife (formerly SunMed); and the acquisitions of CORPAK, Game Ready, Summit Medical, NeoMed, OrthogenRx, Diros Medical, and other minority investments. He most recently served as Avanos’ Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development.
Prior to Avanos, Scott held various strategy, finance and M&A roles, including Corporate Development Director at Newell Brands; Principal at Equity Pacific Partners; and Investment Director at Intel Capital.
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from BYU and a master’s of business administration from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was a Venture Fellow.
Camille Chang Gilmore
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Avanos Medical, Camille Chang Gilmore leads the company’s global people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and the overall employee experience. Her leadership is central to advancing a workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to deliver on Avanos’ Vision of getting patients back to the things that matter.
Camille brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and medical device sectors, is a strong advocate for inclusion, and is known as a champion of talent, culture and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Avanos in 2025, she held senior human resources roles at Boston Scientific Corporation, including Global Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Human Resources for the Interventional Cardiology division. Her earlier career includes leadership positions at Guidant, the State of Oregon, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and IBM.
Camille serves on the boards of WittKieffer, Disability:IN (Vice Chair), the SHRM Foundation (2025 Chair), and the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants. She has also completed corporate governance programs with Deloitte and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jamie Handler
Vice President, Global Marketing
As Vice President of Global Marketing at Avanos Medical, Jamie Handler leads the company’s upstream, downstream, and international marketing functions, along with corporate accounts and market access and reimbursement. Her leadership is instrumental in driving Avanos’ commercial strategy, elevating brand presence, leading policy advocacy, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and strengthen customer partnerships.
Jamie brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning medical device sales and marketing, with a proven record of driving growth and organizational excellence. Prior to joining Avanos and predecessor companies, she held marketing and sales leadership roles at Coloplast, where she successfully led multiple businesses and commercial teams.
Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Georgia and has completed executive leadership programs with Emory University and Korn Ferry. She supports the Southeastern Brain Tumor Association; the Children’s Cancer Therapy Development Institute; the mentorship program with Safehouse; and is an active member of North Point Community Church, where she serves as a small group leader.
Kelly Hansen
Senior Director, Game Ready Sales & Marketing
Kelly Hansen serves as Senior Director, Game Ready Sales & Marketing, where she leads sales and marketing for the Game Ready injury and post-operative recovery solutions business in North America.
Kelly joined Avanos through the Game Ready acquisition in 2018 as Global Director of Sales for the business. Since that time, she has also served as Vice President of Sales – OrthogenRx (sold in 2025), and as Director of the Company’s Transformation Management Office where she oversaw key transformation and ESG initiatives. Prior to Avanos, Kelly served in a variety of leadership roles with Game Ready, including Vice President of International Sales and Director of Marketing.
Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in consumer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dieter Krines
Vice President, International Sales
As Vice President of International Sales, Dieter Krines leads Avanos Medical’s commercial operations across all markets outside the United States, including Asia-Pacific (APAC); Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); and Latin America (LATAM).
With over 30 years of experience in the global medical device industry, Dieter has held both sales and senior leadership roles at world-class organizations including Spectranetics (now Philips), Sorin Group, Medtronic, and Johnson & Johnson. He joined Avanos in 2022 as Vice President & General Manager for Europe and RIT, later expanding his scope to encompass the LATAM region and ultimately the company’s full international business.
Dieter completed multiple executive programs in leadership, finance, and strategy at renowned European institutions, including the St. Gallen Business School and TÜV Süd Akademie.
Katrine Kubis
Vice President, Corporate Communications & Community Relations
Katrine Kubis serves as Avanos Medical’s Vice President, Corporate Communications & Community Relations, where she leads global communications initiatives supporting business objectives, building our corporate culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving strategic community outreach efforts. She also serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Company’s WAVE employee resource group.
Katrine joined the company in 2015 and has over 25 years of communications, consulting, and sales experience. Prior to Avanos, Katrine held various roles with AboutOne (software startup), McKesson, Accenture, and IBM.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University.
Vinny Sastri
Senior Vice President, Quality, Regulatory & Clinical Affairs
As Senior Vice President, Quality, Regulatory & Clinical Affairs, Vinny Sastri leads the teams responsible for developing and delivering the company’s quality compliance strategy; ensuring that Avanos’ quality systems comply with global standards and regulations; and overseeing the development and marketing of safe and effective products in compliance with domestic and international regulations and company policies.
Vinny has more than 25 years of leadership in the medical device industry and experience in technology; quality and regulatory management; manufacturing; and marketing. Prior to joining Avanos, he led his own consulting firm, where he managed and implemented growth and quality initiatives for medical device organizations worldwide. He has also served in leadership roles with AlliedSignal and General Electric.
Additionally, Vinny served as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds six patents and has authored more than 20 publications.
He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemistry from Loyola College, Madras, and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, in India, as well as a Ph.D. in chemistry from Rutgers University.
Siobhan Smyth
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
As Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Avanos Medical, Siobhan Smyth develops and shapes the company’s global technology strategy, cybersecurity program, and key initiatives including business transformation through digital and AI technologies. She also oversees the Avanos Development and Innovation Lab at The Georgia Institute of Technology.
Siobhan joined the company in 2022 following successful senior leadership roles at Intuit, Mercedes-Benz, and McKesson, where she developed complex cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance programs, and supported M&A activities. Siobhan spent 16 years with Coca-Cola European Partners in positions including Chief Information Officer (Europe), Chief Information Security Officer, and Vice President of Innovation and Analytics.
Siobhan earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Kennesaw State University. She is a member of the Cloud Security Alliance, which leads the industry in offering cloud security-specific research, education, and certification, and InfraGard, a national nonprofit partnership organization between US businesses and the FBI.
Jonathan Turner
Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer
As Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Avanos Medical, Jonathan Turner oversees all aspects of the company’s global Ethics & Compliance program to ensure that Avanos maintains ethical and legally compliant operations.
Jonathan joined the company in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience designing and implementing compliance programs, collaborating with business teams to create effective processes, and building teams that enable and empower ethical cultures. Prior to joining Avanos, he served as the Vice President and Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer for ZOLL Medical, a global cardiac medical device company. He also served as Vice President of Ethics & Compliance for Smith & Nephew and in senior roles at Wright Medical (now part of Stryker) and several consulting companies.
Jonathan earned a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in international relations and a master’s degree from the University of Leicester in risk management. He previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis, the University of North Carolina’s graduate business school, and Florida State University’s law school.
Jonathan is an active member of a number of professional organizations, including the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed), where he is a longstanding member of the Device and Diagnostic Compliance Group and a founding member of the Global Compliance Steering Committee.
