Avanos is committed to acting ethically in dealing with customers, employees, shareholders, partners, suppliers, competitors and the community and with respect to applicable laws. In furtherance of this commitment, Avanos maintains a Compliance & Ethics Helpline, accessible here, whereby employees and third parties, including suppliers, may ask questions, obtain guidance or report concerns.

Employees and business partners are encouraged to raise questions when they need guidance and to report any concerns or suspected violations of the Avanos Code of Conduct, other Avanos policies, procedures and/or applicable laws and regulations.

Transparency in Coverage Rule Compliance

Machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
